I offer Individual Therapy, Clinical Supervision, feedback and planning on psychosocial assessments, Parent/Caregiver Counseling and Coaching, 'Transition to Adulthood' counseling and therapy. I am a licensed LMHC in MA and NY. I offer coaching and consulting for clients outside of MA and NY. Clients of mine often are looking to understand themselves more clearly and will find support in our sessions. Helping parents and caregivers of teens has been a special interest of mine for many years. I work with many individuals including those that are managing mood disorders, anxiety, depression and trauma.
We will work together to accomplish your goals, increase your ability to manage day to day challenges and live more fully each day. My clients find comfort and support in our sessions and increased self awareness and presence. I offer supervision to new clinicians working in inpatient, CBAT, residential and outpatient programs.
Ive been working with individuals and families for fifteen years. My clinical background and formal education is in psychoanalysis, relational therapy, trauma informed therapy, mindfulness, CBT and DBT. I believe in a holistic approach to health, and believe that treatment of a symptom must consider all aspects of you.
