Motherhood sucks. There, I said it. I feel better. do you? Okay, so I don’t believe motherhood always sucks but I do think that so much is brushed under the rug of expectations of society that it’s hard to be real sometimes. It’s okay to feel like you love and hate aspects of motherhood. That’s human.

I love working with women- new moms, women with postpartum struggles, seasoned moms/parents looking for help finding a balance in life and those struggling with infertility.
