Navigating mental health concerns can be a daunting task for any of us, whether this is your first encounter with therapy or you're a seasoned client looking for more support. My approach is centered around you and your unique needs. You deserve to feel heard, understood, and supported every step of the way. I'll meet you where you are and invite you to collaborate with me to choose the best-fitting interventions to achieve your goals.

I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults presenting with a variety of concerns including trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, ASD, and life adjustments. I have also had the privilege of working with LGBTQIA+ and varyingly abled individuals, as well as individuals with worldviews and cultural backgrounds differing from my own.

I use a person-centered approach with an emphasis on client-counselor collaboration alongside choosing interventions that meet my clients' unique needs and goals.
