Lauren offers a humanistic approach to care, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral therapy, elements of Gestalt therapy and person-centered therapy. She offers a comfortable and safe space for ALL people and incorporates humor into her treatment. Lauren feels humor helps to build the therapeutic relationship.
