I see therapy as both a grounding space and a place of gentle exploration. At your pace, we’ll explore relationships, patterns, and the parts of you that feel unclear or unknown. My approach is relational and collaborative - I believe you’re the expert of your own experience, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you untangle you've been holding.
