I've been working in the clinical field for over 15 years, and have been so lucky to be able to work with numerous brave and wise people, while they've addressed issues such as anxiety, mood and psychotic disorders, stage of life issues, identity concerns, aging, loss, and life transitions.
My approach is an eclectic mix of humanistic and cognitive approaches. This eclecticism allows us to explore both the underlying causes of your current distress, as well as coping skills.
