I have been in the mental health field for over 20 years, specializing in assisting clients navigate serious mental illnesses, life transitions, coping challenges, and relationship issues. I like to use humor as a therapeutic tool to assist and engage my clients. I provide clients with education about and tools/strategies to overcome their issues.

We will do a lot of work on our thoughts, how they were formed and how they shape and affect our feelings. We will have homework assignments and use our real life examples as learning opportunities.
