I specialize in women’s mental health, including infertility, perinatal and postpartum transitions, anxiety, trauma, and general life stressors. I use a blend of CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and collaborative techniques because healing is personal and never one-size-fits-all. For clients wanting a spiritual lens, I also offer Christian counseling.
