I specialize in women’s mental health, including infertility, perinatal and postpartum transitions, anxiety, trauma, and general life stressors. I tailor therapy to each person, drawing from CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and collaborative techniques. I also offer Christian counseling for those who want to incorporate faith into their therapy.
