I have a passion for working with people who are looking for help navigating life's difficulties, especially focusing on women's health issues. Our lives are filled with complex experiences that are often not intended to be dealt with alone. I enjoy finding approaches that work best for my clients and providing a variety of techniques to help them reach their goals in therapy.
I use several different modalities to help my clients. I enjoy using CBT, DBT, mindfullness based and collaborative approaches in therapy. I also provide Christian counseling for clients who are seeking a faith based approach. I have experience working with infertility, pregnancy and postpartum transitions, women's issues, anxiety, depression, and trauma.
