I received a bachelor's degree in psychology with a minor in neuroscience from Texas A&M University and received a masters degree in counseling from Houston Baptist University. I am a fully Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with experience in acute psychiatric care, private school counseling, and private practice. Currently seeing individuals 18 and up.
We will work on building awareness of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and how they lead to unwanted behaviors; engage in psychological education, learn triggers, practice coping skills, and complete in-between session tasks.
