For girls and boys ages 13-17 who need to learn healthy coping skills and develop self esteem. (Includes, but not limited to, adolescents with Depression, Cutting and Anxiety diagnosis.) Girls and Boys meet separately. We use modern techniques including DBT & CBT combined with creative, fun approaches to help your teen develop important life skills. Our Young Adult Therapy Groups will help you to: Strengthen Positive Coping Skills, Develop Adult Identity, Feel Supported, Improve Confidence & Independence. Perfect for young adults wanting help with: Life Transitions, Depression & Anxiety, Healthy Relationships, Positive Decision Making. Groups meet once per week for 8-10 weeks Young Adults 18 – 22 are invited to enroll (co-ed). We use modern approaches and effective therapy strategies to make groups meaningful and engaging!
