Perhaps you are stressed by the demands of work or school, or are having difficulty coping with the uncertainty and drastic changes in the world. Maybe you are noticing that difficult feelings like anxiety or sadness are becoming more constant fixtures in your life. I want you to know that whatever your "mountain" is, you don't have to climb it alone.
Together, we will cultivate this space to be what you need. My trauma-informed approach mostly draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I integrate evidenced-based and Mindfulness interventions in support of changing patterns of thoughts or behaviors that may be preventing you from living whole-heartedly.
Although I cannot change where you started, I can support you in developing strategies to help you decide where you're going next.
