Anxiety and depression can feel overwhelming and paralyzing. I am passionate about supporting adults and adolescents through the mountains and valleys of life. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I offer hope, compassion and professional assistance, without judgement, to clients ready for change. Are you feeling trapped by your fears or insecurities? I have experience counseling adults and adolescents coping with Life Stressors, Anxiety/Depression, Mood Disorders, Faith-based Issues, Substance Use, and Relational Conflict. I assist clients in exploring how their beliefs directly relate to increased symptoms of anxiety, depression, destructive behavior patterns, and relationship difficulties.
