While survival strategies may have been effective in the past, therapy provides a platform to explore new pathways to healing. My therapeutic approach is integrative and holistic, drawing from various modalities to assist clients in uncovering the barriers to their healing. I prioritize fostering an inclusive environment where all feel welcomed and affirmed.
