I believe that change happens when we go on endlessly creating ourselves. I offer Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a short-term form of trauma therapy. Our work together will consist of diminishing the limiting negative beliefs that interrupt your everyday life and decreasing the distressing emotional and physical responses to traumatic memories and experiences.
ART uses a combination of creative visualization, somatic awareness, and eye movements to quickly and gently transform the way you remember and respond to past traumatic experiences. ART is also proven effective in treating depression, grief, anxiety and phobias.
My approach can be tailored to your needs to also include cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness and other psychodynamic approaches.
