Life can throw so many curve balls at us leading to uncertainty, pain, and hardship. Our experiences can shape us to believe that we are unworthy, we must take up less space, or we are undeserving of having our needs met. When you get to the point that you're ready to face it all and start healing, I'm here for you.
I have 13+ yrs of specialized training & experience helping people recover from eating disorders and trauma. I work from a Health at Every Size (HAES) aligned, Trauma-Informed, Intersectional Feminist and Anti-Oppressive framework. As an interpersonal process oriented clinician, my priority is to foster a relationship with my clients built on trust & safety.
Trust me, I know that taking the first step can feel so hard, but when you do, I will meet you with compassion and encouragement (and just a little bit a dry wit and humor) and collaboratively work with you to start feeling better! Contact me via email, phone, or text (720-952-1619) to schedule a free consultation and see if we're a good fit.

Groups
Empowered Together (Currently FULL)
Virtual interpersonal process group providing space for womxn to address concerns they have in their relationship with self (e.g. self-worth, self-esteem, shame, etc.) and their relationships with others (e.g. partners, friends, coworkers, family of origin, etc.). I use an inclusive definition of “woman” and welcome those who identify as women in a way that is meaningful for them (e.g. cis women, trans women, genderqueer women, and non-binary people who are significantly female identified, and those negatively impacted and harmed by the patriarchy).
