About
Hello! I am a graduate from The Family Institute at Northwestern University with a wide range of experience helping late adolescents and adults navigate job stress, anxiety, depression, substance use, grief/loss, trauma, LGBTQIA+ identities, relationship concerns and the many other challenges we may face in life.
I found my passion lies in building a safe and collaborative space where we can work together to overcome life’s obstacles. I utilize a variety of techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, a Person-Centered Positive approach, incorporation of mind/body connection, meditation, and creating healthy life balance.
I would be honored to join you on your journey of growth, self-discovery, and empowerment. Together, we will work to accomplish your therapeutic goals while gaining a better understanding of who you are and how you relate to the world around you.
