As a couple and family therapist, I have had the privilege of listening to clients' stories and witnessing change happen in the room. I believe people possess inherent strengths that give them the ability to successfully overcome their toughest struggles. I utilize empirically supported treatment methods, tailored to the needs of each client, in order to identify solutions and achieve your goals.
My clinical interests include couples conflict, premarital counseling, financial challenges, infidelity, sex therapy, and exploring gender and sexuality. My qualifications include a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northwestern University and a Certificate in Sexual Health with Sex Therapy training from The University of Michigan.
I also have experience in career counseling and enjoy working with emerging adults who are navigating higher education and their professional development. In all cases, I work from a direct, compassionate, and collaborative approach, utilizing techniques that build on your strengths, while empowering you to achieve the outcomes that fit your needs.
