Hi there and welcome! Therapy can be healing, informative, and lifechanging, but it can also be a journey full of self-disclosure, self-discovery, and inner work. Although jumping into therapy can be difficult, I am happy to guide you through the process! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and PhD student at the University of the Cumberlands. Using an integrative approach, I walk alongside my clients through their emotional struggles, behavior patterns, thought processes and one’s overall healing journey. I believe that healing is not linear, and everyone’s experiences and stories are different.
Through one’s therapy journey, I offer an individualized approach utilizing different modalities that fit my client’s needs, as well as setting goals to make positive changes in one’s life. I have experience with grief, anxiety, relationship issues, substance abuse, psychiatric disorders, child welfare, and the school system.
I am compassionate about my clients and am committed to the therapeutic process. I create a safe, non-judgmental space for my clients to work through life’s challenges and hardships that will lead to a happier, healthier mindset.
