My clinical training has been working with women and children experiencing relational distress, emotional disturbance, attachment injury, trauma and PTSD. I have advanced training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, an integrative, trauma-informed model of therapy that utilizes the mind-body connection.
Therapy is a journey of endless discovery and letting go, learning and unlearning all while laughing and shedding some tears. I believe therapy is sacred work, and it would be my privilege and honor to embark on this journey with you!
