About
Life can be hard, and it oftentimes leaves us feeling anxious, defeated and alone. With the current health crisis and division within our country it is easy to feel overwhelmed, uncertain and afraid. I am here to walk alongside you. Together we'll create space to heal old wounds, while simultaneously cultivating practices to ensure that when life gets hard-- and let's be real, it will -- you are able to embrace the uncertainty and discomfort with laughter, peace and joy!
I have training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy®, an integrative, trauma-informed model of therapy that utilizes attachment theory, neuroscience, somatic techniques and cognitive psychology. My clinical experience has been working with women and children struggling with addiction, anxiety, attachment injury, depression, grief, PTSD and trauma.
I enjoy working with women and children of culturally diverse backgrounds. Intentionally creating a safe, inclusive, non-judgmental space for everyone to feel seen, heard and known. I believe therapy is sacred work, and it would be my privilege and honor to embark on this journey together!
