I work with adults struggling with recent life transitions, relational trauma, perfectionism, people pleasing tendencies, symptoms of anxiety, depression, and/or grief, and other stressors. In therapy, I will collaborate with you to learn new coping strategies, explore your authentic self, and build strong, rewarding relationships.
I work to provide treatment specific to your needs with multiple treatment modalities, including Person Centered, Feminist, Mindfulness-based (MBCT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
