I specialize and work exclusively with high-masking neurodiverse individuals and their loved ones through individual and equine therapy and coaching. As an adult-diagnosed neurodivergent woman and parent to a neurospicy child, I recognize the beauty and struggles that come with neurodiversity. I am passionate about helping people learn to support their neurodivergence proactively and understand their neurodiversity through a strengths-based perspective. I also work as an organizational consultant and speaker on neurodiversity, teaching organizations how to best understand and support neurodivergent talent in the workplace.
Neurodiversity often comes with high intelligence, great creativity, hard work, and attention to detail but also can cause high levels of anxiety and stress, sensory processing and learning differences, communication difficulties, and the need for support and understanding.
I also hold a PhD in industrial and organizational psychology specializing in neurodiversity in the workplace. I am also proud to work as an international neurodiversity business consultant and speaker, teaching organizations how to understand and proactively support neurodivergence through a strengths-based perspective.
