All humans have the capacity for hope, healing, and happiness. I have devoted my life to being a therapist that will provide a safe space for clients to venture through this process with unconditional authenticity and support. As a therapist I commit to providing you with the individual, personalized healing space that you deserve.
As a person of color, I have a passion to advocate and sit with clients of Black, Indigenous, and people of color, LGBTQA, and disabled communities. I believe that racism, stereotypes, and discrimination are all factors that are real and can have an undeniable effect on a person’s mental health. I am here to promise space for competent and empathic healing.
I primarily work with adolescents and adults. The framework of my therapeutic orientation includes trauma informed care, CBT with a focus on DBT and mindfulness, attachment theory, BIPOC & LGBTQA allied, and Health at every size. I believe that therapy should consist of holistic care.
