Being able to sit in the room and be present with whoever is sitting across from me is something I am incredibly passionate about. Being able to work with a wide variety of ages, personalities, and mental health diagnoses only makes my job that much more interesting and engaging for me. I don't think I'm able to name 'my ideal client' because I don't think I have one. I want to be able to help whoever I can with any and all of the strategies and tools that we can come up with together, in the room. It's all about showing up however each and every one of my clients' needs me to show up.
Meeting people where they are at in the room is something I am so passionate about. Whether you are bringing in your 6 year old who is feeling big feelings or you're an adult wanting to talk through fears and anxieties that are consuming your everyday life, I am here and ready to help with these challenges.
Recognizing you, or your child, could benefit from talking to somebody outside of your circle can be so difficult. I am here to make that conversation as comfortable and easy as possible. Please feel free to reach out, and we can talk through what sounds best moving forward for you!
