As a clinical social worker, I specialize in helping individuals, couples, and families work through disconnection, conflict, resentment, and relational patterns that no longer serve them. This includes often working with an individual or couple experiencing estrangement from their adult children.
I also work with men facing challenges around identity, emotional expression, fatherhood, relationships, and self-worth.

My style is warm, direct, and down-to-earth. I believe in genuine conversations, humor (where appropriate!) and using a very individualized treatment plan, to create change that actually lasts.
