We are all shaped by the relationships we form and our unique life experiences. The way we respond to those encounters tells us something about who we are. I offer a strengths-based approach when working with individuals, couples and families. My primary areas of focus are (pre) marital therapy, family counseling, anxiety, depression, grief, spirituality, parenting, women's issues and eating disorders.

I am now accepting Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance. For private pay clients, I can provide a superbill if you choose to file out-of-network for partial reimbursement from insurance. HSA cards are also accepted. I do offer a limited number of sliding-scale spots based on financial need.
