My integrative approach draws from Internal Family Systems principles, Acceptance and Commitment framework, & Narrative Therapy. I love to incorporate play therapy with my kids & teens! Together we will explore all parts of you with curiosity, reduce stress, strengthen self-empowerment, and cultivate a deeper sense of grounding and emotional regulation.
