My approach to therapy integrates a variety of evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, and IFS with an emphasis on fostering mindfulness. While building a strong mind/body connection, you will learn to challenge distorted thoughts, identify and regulate physiological responses to distress and process past experiences in a safe and supportive manner.
