Hi! I’m Lauren, a Licensed Professional Counselor - I’ve earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in child and adolescent mental health. I work with children, teens, and young adults dealing with various life stressors and concerns, such as anxiety, peer conflict, and life transitions.

I strive to create an empathetic counseling environment and enjoy implementing play therapy activities and the expressive arts with clients. My goal is to educate and support clients in the development of positive thinking patterns, healthy coping skills, and improved communication with others.
