My practice is grounded in my belief in the transformative power of therapy. So often in life, we hide parts of ourselves that feel unacceptable or shameful. My style is empathetic, warm, intuitive, direct and non-judgmental. influenced by intensive post-graduate trainings in psychoanalytic psychotherapy.
I specialize in issues related to anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationships, maternal mental health, life transitions, work-life balance, self-esteem and identity. I have a post-graduate specialty with women facing transitions, parenting, infertility, miscarriage, and postpartum anxiety and depression. I am also certified in EMDR.
