Lauren Maples is not currently accepting new clients.
I WILL BE ON SABBATICAL UNTIL SPRING 2023. During this time, I will be working on clarifying my clinical focus. Historically, I have worked with tweens, teens, young adults, and parents on issues related to being a young person or parenting a young person. I anticipate I will continue to do this work, but I won't know more until it gets closer to my return from leave. Please check back periodically for updates on my return. Please note, I will not be generating a waitlist or returning requests for therapist referrals while on leave. Thanks!
I identify primarily as a CBT and interpersonal process (IPT) therapist, so I focus on thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and relationships in helping clients to feel better. I am also trained in Collaborative and Proactive Solutions (CPS), which is a relationship-focused approach to resolving conflicts that I've found very helpful for kids and their parents!
Unfortunately, I'm not currently accepting new clients due to my sabbatical. If you need help finding a therapist for your child, I highly recommend contacting CAYAC (Child, Adolescent, and Young Adult Connections) for referrals. If you are seeking adult services, you can contact Mental Health Connections for referrals. Best of luck in your search!
