I specialize in working with people who are struggling with life transitions, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and relationship/parenting issues, especially when these difficulties are rooted in traumas. I have a passion for working with adult survivors of childhood emotional abuse and neglect and working with neurodivergent adults
