I utilize a blend of therapeutic approaches, including person-centered techniques, attachment theory, and family systems theory. I also integrate other approaches as needed to best support each individual, couple, or family.
I believe by examining one’s early experiences and current patterns of relating to the world, we can work on healing attachment wounds and developing healthier ways of relating to self and others. Additionally, I incorporate the Gottman Method and EFT to address relationship dynamics, promote understanding, and increase connection between couples.
