Hello! I am a neurodivergent therapist using creativity and self-expression as a way to promote personal growth and healing. I tend to work with neurodivergent clients who need support in pinpointing ways that they do things best while managing symptoms or systems that aren't working well. I like to meet the person where they are at, establish practices that resonate and relate to the client. My approach gently challenges patterns that do not best meet one's goals or needs, while also supporting the client's agency and ability to grow.
My practice involves guiding individuals to reflect, process, and reintegrate by employing a blend of both verbal communication and art therapy techniques. I find fulfillment in assisting people facing diverse challenges. My focus frequently centers around clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, PTSD, Autism, ADHD, and Gender Dysphoria.
In acknowledging the distinctiveness of every individual, I strive to connect with them at their current stage. My goal is to help them establish new paths for the future, facilitating their journey to embrace the present rather than being confined by the past. I am dedicated to empowering them to make informed decisions as they move forward.
