I believe that people have within themselves all they need to heal. Seeking counseling is a courageous step and I want to walk with you on your journey. I strive to help people connect with all parts of themselves, recognize their ability to heal from painful past experiences and release whatever is holding them back. My goal is to help each person recognize their innate wholeness that is untouched by life events and circumstances. Connecting with this wholeness first can help you feel more confident about addressing your emotional pain and facing life's challenges.
I have an integrative approach to counseling and utilize evidence-based therapies such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, mindfulness and iRest yoga nidra (meditation). For those looking for IFS therapy not in the Columbus area (but still in Ohio), I have the ability to do telehealth through secure video conferencing.
