My door is open to those looking to take the first step. When seeking therapy it is often challenging to find someone you “click” with. My approach to therapy is to bring authenticity, humor and acceptance into session, meeting you where you are emotionally and creating an environment where you can feel safe and validated. I offer in person and Telehealth for teens 12+ and adults, couples as well as guidance for parents.
My specialities include experience treating primarily older teens and adults with anxiety (social, health, and panic) as well as depression, self esteem, substance use and LGBTQIA related issues. I used evidenced based therapies in my practice including CBT, TFCBT(trauma focused) attachment focused and humanistic therapies.
