While I have had success in treating many issues including depression and anxiety, I specialize in trauma. I am certified in EMDR which is a unique treatment modality that goes beyond the idea of traditional “talk” therapy. You will learn tools to quiet negative thoughts, cope with big emotions and regain control of your life.
