I’m Lauren Lundin, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals through life transitions, stress, and emotional challenges. I work with children, teens, and adults to help them feel more grounded, confident, and connected — both to themselves and to others.
For younger clients, I use play-based and creative approaches to help them express feelings, build coping skills, and manage transitions at home or school. With teens and adults, I use CBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care to promote emotional insight, self-regulation, and meaningful growth.
I create a warm, collaborative, and culturally sensitive environment, honoring each client’s pace and unique goals. Sessions are available in-person in Central Florida or virtually, tailored to meet your needs.
