I use therapy intensives to help you uncover the roots of your patterns, heal trauma, and create intentional ways of living centered on joy, connection, and your deepest values. My approach is holistic and compassion-driven, blending somatic (mind-body) practices, EMDR, PACT, and parts work to help individuals and couples heal and reconnect.

I don't just nod along while you vent. We compassionately explore your patterns, try new practices, work through core conflicts, make space for all parts of you, and give you tools you can use now all while finding the lasting healing and transformation that you need. I provide intensives but other therapists in my practice do weekly/ bi-weekly sessions!

I often start intensives with somatic therapy to support clients in building a based of resourcing and grounding so that we can approach challenges with more clarity and a deeper sense of emotional safety. I use ACT and attachment based interventions to help individuals and couples find determine growth they want to see then we use EMDR, PACT, etc. to facilitate that healing and transformation.
