I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 years of experience in mental health. I am passionate about helping adults, couples, and families understand themselves in an empowering and non-judgmental way, so they can envision and achieve the well-being they long for. I specialize in trauma, C-PTSD, women's issues, adult ADHD, life transitions, and anxiety.
I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from Edinboro University and have worked in various mental health settings. In addition to my clinical work, I have taught Psychology, written curriculum, led women's retreats and small groups, and I am also a Spiritual Director, Reiki practitioner, and trained Clinical Enneagram Professional.
