About

Hello! I am a Holistic, solution-focused psychotherapist who offers a therapeutic space that is grounded in empathy, productivity, and insight. I am here to help make sense of your feelings, where you’ve been, and how can we harness that to guide you moving forward. I do not subscribe to a "one-size-fits-all" approach. While I am trained in several modalities and interventions, I hold first and foremost that each individual is exactly that: an individual. I tailor your care accordingly to create a personalized therapeutic style that feels best for you. The only requirement is your readiness and commitment to yourself.
I am Ivy League educated and specialize in working with adults of all identities. I address what feels most present for you: anxiety, depression, grief, anger, boundaries, trauma, illness, isolation, addiction, career, family, sexuality and more. I use CBT, DBT, IFS, CFT, ACT, Mindfulness, Mind-Body Therapy, humanistic and psychodynamic therapies.
My role is to be your supporter. Therapy starts and ends with you. My goals are your goals. Let’s utilize this space to put you back at the forefront of your own narrative. My counseling practice is Affirming & Knowledgable of diverse sex, sexuality, gender, and relationship identities such as LGBTQAI2+, Kink, Poly, Alt, Allies, and more.
