The principles of my practice are based on safety, respect, and trust. I recognize that initiating therapy may be uncomfortable and I make every effort to simplify the process and meet you where you’re at. I enjoy working with adults of all ages and their challenges causing impairment in important life areas. Together, we explore and resolve problematic patterns, acquire new skills, and increase your quality of life. I like to help people feel understood, confront their pains and become motivated to change while living life more fully. All of this gives me energy when I wake up in the morning.

I use a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques in my practice, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, and trauma-focused therapy. My approach is holistic, meaning that I consider all aspects of a person's life when developing treatment. I am trauma-informed and offer EMDR under the gold standard EMDRIA approved training.
