If you are struggling with an eating disorder, trauma, or simply feel stuck, you don’t have to navigate this alone. I offer a warm, individualized approach to help you feel better, understand yourself more deeply, and move toward lasting change. I believe there is no “one-size-fits all” approach and together we will find what works best for you.

I have extensive experience treating eating disorders and trauma and was among the first psychotherapists to incorporate expressive arts and EMDR into eating disorder treatment. Your therapy may include traditional psychotherapy, EMDR, art therapy, or journaling. I am also the author of The Slender Trap, an eating disorder workbook available on Amazon.
