I can help you gain insight into your situation and support you as you cope through it. I specialize in working with couples who have experienced infidelity, postpartum and other relational issues, young adults going through life transitions such as starting college, a new job or a family, and adults experiencing, anxiety, depression and/or trauma as a result of unhealthy relationship dynamics with romantic partners, friends, children and parents. I want you to know you are not alone.
As a therapist, I believe in creating a non-judgmental, safe place for any individual(s) to express their emotions, thoughts, and experiences comfortably. I will listen intently to you and assist you in creating goals that are unique to you. In addition, I am certified Prepare & Enrich facilitator for couples in all stages of their relationship.
