Like our fingerprints, there are no two people who will have the exact experiences, pain, struggles or stories. I received my Masters in Social Work from Rutgers University and am licensed as an LCSW in NJ. My experience includes working with high risk and disabled children and adolescents, family therapy and individual work with adults and couples. I am also certified as a Grief Counseling Specialist.
Healing from trauma, emotional challenges, and relational struggles can be difficult. My role is to help clients move towards a place of peace. My trauma-informed training includes a somatic approach, with which I can assist clients in understanding how our bodies hold onto trauma and stress throughout our lives and how they might learn to heal.
