I work best with young women who are experiencing trouble finding freedom from anxiety and depression. My approach to counseling is supportive and welcoming, but will also challenge you to increase your self awareness and grow. I use an eclectic style of therapy and enjoy using EMDR with my clients.
I believe for change to take place you have to be encouraged, supported and sometimes, gently pushed in the direction of growth.
