I carry this belief into the work I do with clients. Therapy is not just about effort or strategies, but also about uncovering the inner strength and self-trust that make change possible. My approach focuses on creating a space where children and teens can discover their voice, build confidence, and learn tools that help them grow both in and outside of the therapy room.
I work to provide a warm and nurturing environment where young clients feel safe to express themselves. Drawing from Person-Centered and Play Therapy approaches—including Sand Tray, Expressive Arts, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)—I tailor each session to meet the unique needs of the child while also supporting caregivers.
