I work with teens, adults and couples using an approach that relies on a trusting and safe relationship between us. I focus on working with anxiety, relationship challenges, depression, LGBTQ+ identity exploration, disordered eating, perfectionism & early childhood trauma while drawing from multiple modalities to meet each person’s unique needs for support.
I came to this work after experiencing the benefits of therapy myself. I know the uncertainty—wondering, will this person really get me?
