In my practice, I provide a safe, compassionate, and inclusive space where you can work toward creating a more fulfilling life. My goal is to help you unlearn harmful beliefs, reshape coping strategies that no longer serve you, and cultivate greater self-acceptance. I’m passionate about supporting individuals who are navigating grief, healing from traumatic experiences, managing anxiety, OCD, body image concerns, and eating disorders. I often work with clients needing support in setting boundaries and those that feel self-aware but find it difficult to make meaningful changes.
In my work, I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and move toward lasting change.
