I specialize in working with individuals navigating the perinatal and postpartum journey, focusing on maternal mental health. My goal is to offer a safe, compassionate space for you to process your experiences and regain balance during this transformative period. I believe that the mental health of mothers is integral to the well-being of families. As a mother of two who has personally navigated my own postpartum journey, I combine my clinical expertise with personal experience to offer a truly empathetic approach.
In our first few sessions, you can expect a supportive and non-judgmental space to explore your concerns. I draw on evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, to help you build coping skills, manage stress, and improve your emotional well-being.
